Dates have been finalized for the D1NZ National Drifting Championship for the 2009 season. Below are the set dates which have been confirmed. Note on the First Round at Manfield on 16th this will be D1 Rookie Practice Qualifying and 8-16 Battles followed by the D1NZ championship Battles on the Saturday all Rookie days will have practice sessions for D1NZ drivers. |

The D1NZ National Drifting Championship is coming to Manfield
GET DOWN FOR A GREAT FAMILY DAY OF DRIFTING ACTION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2009
Round One is going down at Manfield Raceway on the 16th and 17th of January 2009.
We are in search of volunteers in the Manawatu region to help promote the event before it commences and becoming involved at the track on the day. Volunteers prior to the event will receive tickets to the event and a limited edition D1NZ t-shirt. Volunteers on the day will receive free entry plus one and free drinks at the after party. We need Marshalls, runners, flyer droppers, spammers and anyone who loves drifting to get involved and help grow this increasingly popular motorsport to be New Zealand’s number one professionally run championship. |
